Over the last few years, we have established two HTS systems use state-of-the-art liquid handlers and multi-mode plate readers. All liquid handlers and readers are either integrated in the full HTS system or setup for stand-alone use with automated plate stackers. Our liquid handling capacities allow us to perform liquid transfer from 25nL to 1000ul between 96 well plates to 1536 well plates. We have several plate readers that can measure all common modalities including absorbance, fluorescence, FP, TRF, TR-FRET, Alpha screen, luminescence, etc.
